Packaging
Each item of Amalily jewellery comes in a complimentary suede pouch. If you'd like a gift box, then simply add the gift packaging option for an extra £4.00. This will include an Amalily gift box, Amalily bag, tissue paper and sticker.
Click & Collect
Click & Collect orders are ready for collection within 1 hour of placing your order (during opening hours) Just wait until you've received your Ready for Pickup notification, then simply quote your name or order number at our shop counter, and we'll pass your order over!
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for an exchange or a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please include your order number and receipt in the package. Shipping return costs are not covered.
Returns must be sent via tracked post - 48hr Tracked (With Royal Mail) or an equivalent postal company.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@amalily.com with the order number and details of exchange or refund. We will then send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Earrings
For earring returns, we do accept earring returns for earrings made in the following metals: .925 Sterling Silver, Stainless Steel and 9ct Gold or 18ct Gold. We cannot accept returns for any other earring metal due to hygiene reasons as they cannot be cleaned effectively.
